ZEANTA PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how Altquid, Inc. (“Altquid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about individuals who use or access our websites, applications, services, tools, and features for Zeanta—including the free version of Zeanta, any paid (“Pro”) version, and any related offerings—or who otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).
By “you” and “your,” we mean you as a user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, job applicant, representative of a company with whom we do business, or another individual whose information we collect under this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access the Services.
Note: This Privacy Policy does not cover the use of any Zeanta APIs or enterprise solutions that may be governed by separate terms and data processing agreements.
1. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time and will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes to how we use or disclose the information we collect, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., by emailing you at the address you last provided, by posting a notice on our Services, or by other methods as required by law). Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
2. Collection and Use of Your Information
When you use the Services, we collect information about you from a variety of sources. The types of information we collect and how we use it are described below.
2.1 Information You Provide to Us
Certain features of the Services may require you to provide information about yourself. If you choose not to provide this information, you may not be able to use or access certain features. Examples include:
Contact Information: Such as your name, address, phone number, and email.
How we use it: To perform our contract with you (i.e., provide the Services), communicate with you (including about promotions and new products/services, if permitted by law), and respond to your inquiries.
Account Information: Such as name, username, email, and password.
How we use it: To create and secure your account, provide you with access to the Services, and ensure the integrity of the Services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect your account is compromised, contact us at contact@zeanta.com.
Payment Information: Such as credit or debit card details and billing address, collected via a third-party payment processor.
How we use it: To process payments for paid versions of the Services and fulfill our contract with you.
Applicant Information: If you apply for a job with us, we collect details from your resume, references, and employment history.
How we use it: To evaluate your application and candidacy in our legitimate interest of hiring qualified candidates.
Service Interaction Information: This includes any questions, prompts, or content you input, upload, or submit to the Services, and any output or pages generated, which may contain personal information.
How we use it: To perform our contract with you by generating or enhancing content, and to improve or customize our Services. Note: If you choose to make any content public or share it with others, it may be viewed, shared, or stored by others without your permission.
Other Information You Provide: Such as information you include in messages or forms submitted to us (e.g., your clothing size when purchasing products).
How we use it: To respond to your inquiries or fulfill your requests, and otherwise perform our contract with you.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
We and certain third parties automatically collect information about your interactions with the Services (“Usage Data”) through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies (“Tracking Technologies”). Usage Data may include:
Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifier, IP address.
Location Information: Approximate geographic location (e.g., city-level location based on IP address).
Browsing Information: Browser type, date/time stamps, clickstream data, interactions with email marketing, and advertising impressions.
We use this Usage Data in our legitimate interests to tailor features to you, improve our Services, analyze user behavior, and facilitate or measure the effectiveness of content and advertising.

We do not use or disclose such information to train or improve our AI models, nor do we sell it.
2.5 Deidentified Information
We may deidentify or anonymize your information so it can no longer be used to identify you (“Deidentified Information”), and we may use and disclose such information for any purpose in our legitimate interest.
3. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
You can control how certain Tracking Technologies are used on your devices, such as by blocking or deleting cookies through your browser settings. If you choose to block or delete cookies, some of the Services’ features may not function properly.

4. Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose your information, consistent with this Privacy Policy, in the following ways:
Within Our Company Group: We may share information with our affiliates and subsidiaries for internal business purposes (e.g., administration, support).
Service Providers: We engage vendors to assist with hosting, data storage, analytics, AI functionality, payment processing, marketing, and security. They access and process information on our behalf.
Business Partners: When you access the Services through a partner’s promotion, we may share limited information to confirm your eligibility for free or discounted access.
Other Users / Third Parties: If you request or direct us to do so (e.g., through sharing features, social media integrations, or when purchasing third-party goods via the Services), we will disclose information as necessary to fulfill that request.

Some features of our Services allow interaction with third-party platforms (e.g., Discord, X/Twitter). We are not responsible for how these third-party platforms handle your information.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or platforms we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. If you provide any information to these third parties, their privacy notices govern such data.
7. Children’s Privacy
Children under 13 are not permitted to use the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it. 8. Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no system is impenetrable. Please use caution when transmitting sensitive information electronically.
We retain your information as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide the Services;

Prevent harm and ensure security; or

9. U.S. Residents (Including California)
If you reside in a U.S. state with consumer privacy laws similar to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include:

California Minors Under 18: If you are a California resident under 18, you may request the removal of content you posted by contacting us. We will make good faith efforts to remove or anonymize such content but cannot guarantee complete or comprehensive removal (e.g., cached or archived copies).
10. International Data Transfers
If you use our Services from outside the United States, be aware that information you provide will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States (or other locations where we or our service providers operate). By using the Services, you consent to any such transfer of information outside your country of residence, which may have data protection rules different from those of your country.
